When you contact us, request a gift card, or apply for a position, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and details about your pet. We use it only to respond to your request, fulfill your order, or process your application.

We never sell your personal information, and payment card details are handled securely by our payment processor — they never touch our servers or email.

We use Google Ads conversion tracking to understand whether our advertising leads to inquiries and bookings. When you submit our contact form or click through to our booking portal, a small piece of code tells Google that a conversion happened. This may involve cookies or similar identifiers set by Google.

Data shared: the fact that a conversion action occurred, along with standard technical data (such as cookie identifiers and page information). We do not send Google your name, email, phone number, or pet details through this tracking.

Recipient: Google LLC, which processes this data under its own privacy policy.

Purposes: measuring the effectiveness of our ads and optimizing how they are shown.

Visitors in regions that require consent (such as the EU, UK, and Switzerland) will see a cookie banner before any advertising cookies are set, and can accept or decline. Declining does not affect your ability to browse or book.

You can change your choice at any time by selecting Cookie settings in the footer of any page. Withdrawing consent stops future advertising measurement immediately.

You can also opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings.

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our site (for example, which pages are most helpful) so we can improve the experience. Clarity collects usage data such as page interactions and approximate location.
